Role Overview:
In this role, you will work with 22k+ unions, credit unions, and associations in the United States fulfilling their requests for benefits and enrolling them in permanent coverages. We additionally protect current policy owners by providing a yearly review of their established protections. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about helping others, possess excellent communication skills, personal drive, are self motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Primary Responsibilities:
Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable policies
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
Provide accurate information on insurance products and services
Conduct follow-up with clients to ensure continued satisfaction
Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals
Educate clients about the importance of coverage and the benefits of different policies
Work closely with a diverse clientele to build trust and transparency
Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills
Have or obtain a Life & Health Insurance license. We will guide you through the process and also partner with a top rated exam prep school to reduce the cost of school from $199 to $49
