Our service facilitates the recruitment process for businesses by enabling efficient scheduling of interviews and meetings. A crucial component of our service is the deployment of A2P messaging to dispatch SMS notifications for confirmations and reminders of scheduled engagements.

3. User Registration and Explicit Consent

Users, by registering and utilizing our service for scheduling purposes, explicitly agree to provide their mobile numbers for the purpose of receiving SMS communications related to their application status or scheduled interviews. By opting to receive SMS messages, users acknowledge that message and data rates may apply according to their mobile service plan. Users are responsible for any such charges that may arise from receiving SMS messages from our service.

Explicit consent is captured through a clear affirmative action, such as ticking a consent checkbox, which states: "I agree to receive text messages regarding my application status and appointment reminders." This process complies with the requirements for clear and informed consent under A2P 10DLC regulations.

4. A2P Messaging Content and Opt-Out

Messaging frequency varies, but A2P messages dispatched to users include:

- Notifications about application status.

- Immediate confirmation upon scheduling.

- A reminder 24 hours before the appointment.

- A final reminder 1 hour before the appointment, where applicable.

Users have the right to opt-out of receiving SMS messages at any point by replying with "STOP". Upon opting out, users will receive a final message confirming the cessation of messages, aligning with A2P 10DLC requirements for clear opt-out mechanisms.

5. Data Privacy and Compliance

Holtz-Rigney Organization is committed to the protection of user data, adhering to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and ensuring practices are in place for:
